Front Squat 5 x 2 reps (build-up)
II.
Every 90 seconds, (9 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep
( % = 55, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+)
III.
Every 90s,(5 sets):
5 Back Squats @ 3-5% more than you did last time.
IV.
(a) GHD Sit-ups 3 x 7
(b) Plank 3 x 60s
(c) Good Morning 3 x 7
V.
Run 400 Meters x 2 (two-minute rest in between each run)
