Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
High Hang Snatch x 2 reps @ 55-75%
III.
Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
Back Squat x 3 reps @ 65-85%
IV.
(a) Alternating Lunges 4 x ME (155/105 lb – back rack)
(b)  Strict Chin-Ups 4 x ME
V.
Row 1000m (AFAP)
