II.
Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep
Building %s every set: 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90+
III.
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
IV.
Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 90%
V.
800 m run
