Front Squat 5 x 1  (build-up)
II.
Halting Snatch Deadlift + High Hang Snatch + Snatch (six sets, build-up)
III.
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%
Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90%
IV.
Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 4 reps
V. 
200m UB Farmer’s Carry (AHAP)
