Front Squat 5 x 1
(built up to heavy)
II.
3-Position Snatch 6 x 1
(high hang, mid-thigh, floor)
III.
Back Squat
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60-70%
Set 2 – 3 reps @ 72-80%
Set 3 – 1 rep @ 82-90%
IV.
Every two minutes (6 sets):
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 80%

V. (Extra Credit)
30 DUs
20 Weighted Sit-ups (45/25#)
300m run
