Minutes 1-5 – 55-60%
Minutes 6-10 – 60-65%
Minutes 11-15 – 65-70%
Minutes 16-20 – 70-75%
III.
Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 6 (per leg)
Strict Handstand Push-Ups 3 x 6
IV.
Five rounds
12 Burpees
12 Pull-Ups
