(a) Press on bottom of clean 3 x 5
(b) Handstand Walk 3 x 10m
(c) L-Sit 3 x 45s
II.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
2 Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
(pause for 2 seconds in the receiving position of your split jerk)
Build to heavy.
III.
Hack Squats 3 x 3 reps
IV.
AMRAP(8)
8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
8 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
