Sets 1-2: 70-75%
Sets 3-4: 80-85%
Sets 5-6: 90-95%
Sets 7-8: 95+%

III.
Every four minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets) of:
Run 300 Meters
13 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
07 Push Press (155/105 lbs)

IV. (extra credit)
3 rounds
7 Clap Push-ups
7 Weighted Sit-ups
