Thursday the 4th (Open Gym)



There will NOT be a group class overseen by a certified trainer.  A workout will be posted.  If you wish to workout, please be safe and  refer to for movement standards and modifications.

Partner WOD

2 person Team

(One team member works other holds a 45/25# plate, if plate ever touches ground, both team members do a 10 push-up penalty before continuing)

50 Burpees

40 Stand-ups (45/25#)

50 Pull-ups

40 Lunges

50 Sit-ups

40 Squats

50 Double-unders

40 Knees 2 Elbows

50 Burpees

400 meter run (together-without plate)
