2) Back Squat: 1X5@75%, 1X3@85%, 1xMax Effort@95%, rest as needed
Supplemental:
a) Front Squat: 3×10 AHAP (try to make it heavier than last week)
b) Glute/Ham Raises: 3×10
Conditioning:
3 rounds
30 Pistols (alternating)
3 Muscle-Ups (or 9 hips 2 bar)
9 Hang Power Cleans 175/115#
